Aditi Tyagi, Zee News: Profile, Husband and Family

Aditi Tyagi is an Indian journalist and anchor. She has worked in many prominent Hindi media organization - both print and electronic. Recently, she has emerged as the face of Zee News. The departure of Rubika Liyaqat and Rohit Sardana has given her an opportunity to rule the mind. She has now become the hitherto number two after Sudhir Chaudhary.



Aditi Tyagi, a prominent face of Zee News, is obviously also in news. She is being harassed and abused on Social Media for being supporter of the BJP. But, she feels all these things as an integral part of her profession.

Profile of Aditi Tyagi

Aditi Tyagi was born and brought up in Delhi. She has done her entire education from this city. She might be quite popular among Indian television journalists, but there is a surprising fact in her curriculum vitae. She has not done any diploma or course in journalism.

After completing her school education, Aditi joined Delhi University and took admission in Shri Venkateshwara College. She has done B. A and later M. A in English from this college. 

She was planning to go for UGC NET and become a lecturer. But, destiny had written some different script for her. A chance meeting with a TV Today official made it possible for her to work with T V Today Group’s Aaj Tak.

She joined Aaj Tak in 2006 as a desk reporter. However, it took very little time for her to show her potential. She was asked to anchor cricket and sports shows in the absence of ever charming Sweta Singh. She did the job and got recognition.

She left T V Today group in 2012 and joined Zee News as Assistant Editor and Senior Anchor. Since then, she is working with this channel and handles lots of tough debates without showing an iota of biased attitudes towards any of guests.
