Salary of Kota IIT Coaching Teachers

Kota has become a hub for IIT JEE preparation. A sort of movement was started by Bansal Classes which has become a real revolution. The coaching institutes have really turned the fate of the entire city to only positively. Apart from mushrooming coaching institutes, this hub has given enormous business opportunities for hostels, books and stationery shops, restaurants, hotels, photo copiers/cyber cafes and booking centers, among others. According to an estimate of the Economic Times, training students for IIT JEE is giving Rs. 1700 Crore to Kota per annum, which is around 80 % of Kota economy. Now, you can understand the importance of these institutes for Kota in particular and Rajasthan in general.

In this article, we will discuss about the prevailing salary structures of lecturers teaching at various Kota institutes. 


Salary of Kota IIT JEE Institutes Teachers

There are around 2500 lecturers currently taking classes at Kota. Of them, around 1000 are IITians. 


Salary varies according to institutes, their degrees and experiences.

Bansal (which is now part of Allen) and Allen generally employs only IITians as lecturer. And, the salary at these institutes is really astronomical. They pay around Rs. 1 Crore per year to IITian lecturers.



Overall, there are around 500 teachers at Kota who are making Rs. 60 lacs to Rs. 1. 5 Crore per annum. Majority of these teachers are working at Bansal Classes and Allen. Resonance and Career Point also offers good salary to teachers of this category.
At the ground level, the salary structure may be termed as follows:

·         0-3 years experience - Salary 12LPA-16LPA
3-5 years experience - Salary 22LPA-40LPA
More than 5 year experience - Salary above 40LPA

As I have mentioned above, a lecturer having IIT degree gets very high salary as compared to other teachers with large experience.

Further, in majority of institutes, you will find some teachers getting more than 1 Crore Rupees per annum.

Bansal Classes and Allen give some teachers more than 3 Crores of Rupees per annum if they are IITian and having more than two decades of experience.

Salary hikes are also quite good. Exceptional performers can expect to get hike of up to 100 % in just one year. Other also gets hike which depends on their performance. //////99
